Sinopsis The Salt-Marked Return

For generations, the Vale family has followed a blood pact: one newborn from each generation must be stripped of their name and sacrificed in a mountain mine for wealth and riches. Those erased from existence are trapped underground, able to move only by stealing others’ faces and voices. Salt can seal lies, but not stop them. And when they hear a loved one’s voice, they must answer—becoming the next sacrifice.
