Sinopsis Reign of Shadows

Adrian "Ghost" Marino, a former elite operative and secret Council Adjudicator, returns to Chicago after eight years to find his family shattered: his brother poisoned, parents killed, and their estate seized by the brutal Rossetti crime family, who are also forcing his fiancée Isabella into marriage. Reactivating his full Council authority with liaison Diana Reyes, Adrian upends the Rossetti wedding, dismantles their empire in a single strike, reclaims his family home, and rescues Isabella. The victory reveals a deadlier truth: his brother was murdered for uncovering a conspiracy tied to Delphi Group, a Washington firm controlled by corrupt ex-Council elder Arthur Kane. Adrian heads to Washington to hunt the masterminds, turning a quest for vengeance into a reckoning with the shadow world’s highest corruption.
